Exchange and Returns: The products you buy from Uğur Saat are under an unconditional return guarantee for 14 days. Returns are not accepted for products with damaged original packaging, incomplete package contents, used products that have lost their resaleability, cannot be purchased by another customer, products whose certificates have been created (personalized) on behalf of the customer, and products that have been specially supplied or produced for the order.
