Return and Exchange Policy:

The products you purchase from Uğur Saat are under unconditional return guarantee for 14 days. Returns are not accepted for products whose original packaging has been damaged, package contents are missing, used, lost their resalability, cannot be purchased by another customer, products whose certificate is created on behalf of the customer (personalized), and products that have been specially supplied or manufactured for the order. However, products with the phrase "No return or exchange" on the product detail pages cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns that are not made in accordance with the return procedure are not guaranteed to be refunded. When the products you have returned reach Uğur Saat, the necessary checks will be made and their compliance with the return conditions will be examined and you will be informed using your contact information registered in our system. For products that meet the return conditions, you can request an exchange for a different product you like or request a refund. You must return the product you want to return in full with the warranty certificate, certificate, user manual, accessories and all other original package contents. If the products to be returned within Turkey are sent by our contracted cargo, the shipping fee will be covered by us.
