During the polishing, the case and bracelet regains its brightness of the first day without losing its characteristic structure and quality. As a result of dropping or multiplication, deep crevices that may occur in the watch create and cord are repaired by the laser fill technique applied in Rolex's Geneva service.

The filling process is carried out by melting metal parts supplied by Rolex using high-tech devices. After the melted parts are integrated with the main surface, they are polished, making the repair almost impossible to see with the naked eye, and your watches regain their first-day appearance after detailed and laborious workmanship. Your watches, which are final tested immediately after the movement and cases are perfect, are delivered to you within fifteen business days with an international green warranty certificate valid for two years.

Although our service also includes leather and metal bracelet parts, you also have the opportunity to receive support for watches you have purchased from any authorized dealer, and which have not exceeded the warranty period. Even if no problem appears, humidity and temperature cause the special oils in the watch movement to lose their functions over time, and the gasket that protect the watch from external factors and prevent it from getting water may also lose their functions.
