UĞUR SAAT ROLEX SERVICE CENTRE

Ankara Maidan, November 2020 – Uğur Saat announces the opening of a Rolex after-sales service centre in Maidan centre. The inauguration of this workshop, which is dedicated to servicing the brand’s watches, builds on the close ties forged between Rolex and Uğur Saat since 2007. This new workshop will ensure that Rolex watches are maintained to the highest standards to preserve their excellent performance and pristine appearance. It is part of the Rolex World Service network, which Hans Wilsdorf set up shortly after founding the brand to oversee the quality and reliability of Rolex watches throughout the world. The workshop at Uğur Saat is equipped with cutting-edge technology, enabling all types of servicing to be carried out on the premises.

Located in the Maidan living complex and spread over 110 square metres, this Rolex after-sales service centre provides an optimal working environment for Uğur Saat watchmakers, who are specially trained in servicing Rolex watches. Furthermore, the customer reception area was designed to meet the brand’s exacting requirements and encapsulates the essence of Rolex through its interior design and colour scheme.

Uğur Saat’s workshop offers a range of services, from specific interventions such as adjusting a bracelet or refinishing the exterior of the watch, to full servicing, which involves a complete overhaul of the movement, case and bracelet, and comes with an international two-year guarantee for the parts and labour. All of these operations are carried out by watchmakers trained by the brand and with the strictest adherence to Rolex standards.

From the outset, the founder of Rolex established a network of watchmaking workshops around the world, tasked with ensuring that all of the brand’s watches could receive the best possible servicing and so preserve their excellent technical performance and a pristine appearance. The watchmakers in the Rolex World Service workshops are specially trained by the company so as to ensure the quality and consistency of servicing operations worldwide. They perform various types of procedures in adherence with Rolex standards, thereby guaranteeing the performance of the brand’s watches over time. Moreover, the availability of parts and labour is assured for every watch for at least 35 years following its withdrawal from the catalogue. Exceptional historic watches, whose refurbishment requires specific skills, are handled by the Restoration Atelier in Geneva.
