Exchange and Return: Products purchased from Uğur Saat are covered by a 14-day unconditional return guarantee. Returns are not accepted for products with damaged original packaging, missing contents, used products, products that have lost their resale value, products that cannot be resold to another customer, products with certificates created in the customer's name (personalized), and products that have been specially supplied or manufactured for an order. Furthermore, products with the statement "No returns or exchanges" on their product detail pages are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Returns that do not comply with the return procedure are not guaranteed to be processed. Once the returned products reach Uğur Saat, they will be checked for compliance with the return conditions, and you will be informed using the contact information registered in our system. For products that meet the return conditions, you can request an exchange for a different product of your choice or a refund. To return a product, you must return it complete with the warranty certificate, any certificates, user manual, accessories, and all other original packaging contents. For returns within Turkey, the shipping cost will be covered by us if the product is sent via our contracted courier service.
