 Exchange and Return: Products purchased from Uğur Saat are covered by an unconditional return guarantee for 14 days. Returns are not accepted for products with damaged original packaging, missing package contents, used items, products that have lost their resellable condition, products that cannot be purchased by another customer, products with certificates issued in the customer's name (personalized), or products specially procured or manufactured upon order.
