 Exchange and Return: Products purchased from Uğur Saat are covered by an unconditional return guarantee for 14 days. Returns are not accepted for products with damaged original packaging, missing package contents, used items, products that have lost their resellable condition, products that cannot be purchased by another customer, products with certificates issued in the customer's name (personalized), or products specially procured or manufactured upon order. Additionally, products with the statement "No returns or exchanges" on their product detail pages are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns that do not comply with the return procedure are not guaranteed to be processed. When your returned products reach Uğur Saat, necessary inspections will be carried out to check compliance with return conditions, and you will be informed using the contact details registered in our system. For products that meet the return conditions, you may request an exchange with a different product you like or a refund. The product you wish to return must be sent back in full, including its warranty certificate, if available, its certificate, user manual, accessories, and all other original package contents. If the returned products are shipped within Turkey using our contracted cargo company, the shipping fee will be covered by us.
