Exchange and Return: Products purchased from Uğur Saat are covered by a 14-day unconditional return guarantee. Returns are not accepted for products with damaged original packaging, missing contents, used products, products that have lost their resale value, products that cannot be resold to another customer, products with certificates created in the customer's name (personalized), and products that have been specially supplied or manufactured for an order. Furthermore, products with the statement "No returns or exchanges" on their product detail pages are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
