Delivery: The purchases you have made on our website will be delivered to the insured cargo within 2 working days.

Exchange and Returns: The products you buy from Uğur Saat are under an unconditional return guarantee for 14 days. Returns are not accepted for products with damaged original packaging, incomplete package contents, used products that have lost their resaleability, cannot be purchased by another customer, products whose certificates have been created (personalized) on behalf of the customer, and products that have been specially supplied or produced for the order. However, there are no refunds or exchanges for products that are marked as "No refunds or exchanges" on the product detail pages. Refunds are not guaranteed for returns that are not made in accordance with the return procedure. When the returned products reach Uğur Saat, the necessary checks will be made and their compliance with the return conditions will be examined and you will be informed using your contact information registered in our system. For products that comply with the return conditions, you can request an exchange with a different product you like or request a refund. You must return the product you want to return with its warranty certificate, certificate if any, user manual, accessories and all other original package contents. If the products to be returned within Turkey are sent with the Cargo with which we have a contract, the shipping fee will be covered by us.
