Exchange and Return: Products purchased from Uğur Saat are covered by an unconditional return guarantee for 14 days. Returns of products with damaged original packaging, missing package contents, used, lost resellable features, in a condition that cannot be purchased by another customer, products with certificates issued in the customer's name (personalized), or products specially procured or manufactured for the order are not accepted. Additionally, products with the statement "Cannot be returned or exchanged" on their product detail pages cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns that are not made in accordance with the return procedure are not guaranteed to be processed. Once the returned products reach Uğur Saat, necessary inspections will be carried out to determine compliance with the return conditions, and you will be informed using the contact details registered in our system. For products that meet the return conditions, you may request an exchange for another product you like or a refund. The product you wish to return must be sent back with its warranty certificate, if any, its certificate, user manual, accessories, and all other original package contents intact. For products to be returned within Turkey, if they are sent via our contracted Cargo, the shipping fee will be covered by us.
